• Aladdin Lamp Tours LLC (www.aladdindubaitours.com) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE.
• United Arab of Emirates is our company’s country of domicile.
• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods then the details on the Customers ID (Card holders ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase
• All the prices mentioned in the mentioned are on a per person basis, unless otherwise mentioned. It does not include any miscellaneous costs and prices may change at any given time depending on circumstances such as increase in transportation cost, hotel prices etc.
• Payment can be done through Credit/Debit card (Visa and Master). Once the payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to you can be used as an evidence for payment to redeem your tour package.
• If trip is cancelled / amended 48 Hours prior to the tour date then no charges will be applied.
• If trip if cancelled / amended within 24-48 Hours than 50% charges will apply.
• If trip is cancelled / amended 24 hours prior to tour date, 100% charges will apply.
• In case of any refunds through credit card, a 5% online service charge will be applied for refunding the money back.
• In case of a No-Show, no refunds will be provided.
• In case of any cancellations, you may get in touch with us through Email, Telephone or Fax.
• Aladdin Lamp Tours LLC shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of trip. It is advisable that the traveler should avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.
• You must make sure to carry all your legal travel documents relevant for a particular tour. Eg: Personal ID or Passport
• This policy is subject to service chosen; detailed policy is listed against each service kindly check each respective service for different service policies

THE SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF COMPANY, FOR ANY REASON, AND BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PARTICULAR ITEMS PURCHASED.
